Appeal Week and Remembrance Tree Collectors

Everyone has busy lives and many people can’t commit to volunteering on a regular basis. We have a large number of volunteers who we only see once or twice a year.

We have two major fundraising events when we need as many volunteers as possible. If you would like to help us but can only offer a few hours each year – we would love to here from you. Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator.

Remembrance Trees

Our annual Remembrance Trees can be found in the following malls and shopping centers; St Lukes, 277 Newmarket, Royal Oak and Eastridge. They are a wonderful opportunity for people to remember friends and loved ones by putting their names on a bauble and decorating a tree. Appeal Week

The National Hospice Appeal Week is in the third week of May every year. At Mercy Hospice Auckland we have a street collection usually on the Friday and Saturday. If you are able to help us please contact our Volunteer Coordinator.
