Mercy Hospice Auckland organises a range of fundraising events sponsors can be proud to put their name to; from high profile fashion shows and charity auctions to winemakers brunches to sporting events and education sessions. These professionally run events generate positive brand awareness for both sponsors and the hospice and offer them a targeted method of reaching a variety of key audiences.

Heroic Gardens Festival 6th - 7th March 2010 The Heroic Gardens Festival has chosen the hospices in the Auckland region as the beneficiaries of this fabulous two day garden festival for a second year running. Auckland gay and lesbian gardeners raised $30,000 for Hospices in 2009 and promise an even bigger and better festival for 2010. 32 gardens are confirmed as participants including both small city and large country gardens, the Rannoch Sculpture Forest and the Kelliher Estate on Puketutu Island. This festival has plenty of subtropicals, dramatic foliage and architectural delight. It showcases Auckland’s summer life-style and generally provides an inspiration for visitors. Tickets are $30 each and give you access to all 32 gardens on both days. All proceeds will go to the Hospices of Auckland. Tickets and programmes are now on sale through garden centres, selected retailers, Mercy Hospice reception and our hospice shops. Garden Party
Sunday 28th March
Florence Court, Epsom

Plans are now underway for our elegant Garden Party being held on the recently refurbished grounds of Florence Court, Epsom. Yet again, we envisage great weather, delicious food and wine, and fantastic entertainment. There will be an opportunity for guests to participate in a hat competition, blind wine tasting and much more. Tickets are limited - last year this was a sold out event, so please book now to avoid disappointment.
